BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Huntermark Summer Horse Camp is an amazing experience for people 7 and older. Campers will be divided into groups based on their riding ability from those who have never ridden before to experienced riders who want to get a leg up for show season. Advanced groups will include flatwork and jumping. Activities include bathing, braiding, stretching, massaging, horse care, etc.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Equestrian Program, and more.
CAMP LOCATION: We are located in the Quad Cities, approximately halfway between Des Moines and Chicago. Not far from Interstates 80, 280, and 74.
CAMP FACILITIES: We have horses for every level of rider; saddles and bridles are provided. We have an indoor arena 60'x180' and 2 outdoor arenas, an indoor washracks, grooming stalls and tack rooms. We also have an air conditioned room where we eat lunch and watch horse films.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The camp was created in 2001 by our USHJA Certified head trainer, who manages the camp. We want to bring equestrian sports to everyone, even if just for one week. A connection with horses can do wonders for the soul.
YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Riding lessons are available year-round.

June 27-July 1, July 4-8, July 11-15, August 2-5 and 8

Huntermark Summer Horse Camp is looking for responsible, hard-working people with horse experience to help working with kids and horses in their top notch summer riding camp.
